Renewable Energy as a Catalyst for Regional Development

The course – “Renewable Energy as a Catalyst for Regional Development” took placein Israel on 19 May-5 June 2013. The course was organized by Israel’s Agency for International Development and Ministry of Foreign Affairs and it hosted 24 representatives from 14 countries. The main goal of the course was to   introduce Israel’s experience in energy policy, development of renewable energy sources and technologies, Research and Development policy.  WEG was represented by Giorgi Mukhigulishvili who successfully completed the course. The course was very interesting and useful for participants, sincethey had a chance to learn Israel experience in the field of energy from government representatives and policy makers.
